Frequently asked questions
Good to know
The questions people ask most before starting. Yours not here? Just ask during the free intake.
Do I need a power meter?
No, it's not a requirement to start. If you have power data your plan gets sharper right away — but we can happily begin on heart rate and feel.
Does it work with my Garmin or Wahoo?
Yes. Your rides come in automatically via Garmin or Wahoo, so Rob can follow and analyse your training without you uploading anything.
What if I get ill or go on holiday?
No problem. You let Rob know and he adjusts your week. The plan moves with your life — not the other way around.
Do I need to be well-trained to begin?
No. Whether you want to finish a sportive, start racing or have ridden for years — the plan simply starts where you are now.
Is there a minimum number of hours per week?
No, there's no minimum. You train with the time you have — whether that's three or ten hours a week. What's realistic and useful for you, we discuss during the intake.
How often do I have contact with Rob?
Every week. Rob adjusts your plan based on your training and how it felt — no schedule that's fixed for a whole block.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, at any time. Your subscription then runs until the end of the current month. No small print, no automatic renewal.
What does it cost?
From €49 per month, and cheaper per month if you choose 3 or 6 months. See the pricing →
